The 53 Division Community Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) identified youth education as one of their main service priorities. One challenge facing our youth today is their lack of marketable skills for sustainable employment. Recognizing this challenge, the CPLC has established  Student Leadership Bursary Awards to assist post-secondary students achieve marketable skills through further education and apprenticeship programs. This one-time $2,500.00 bursary will be awarded to selected students who live or go to school within 53 Division.
